  • I fell in love with Muay Thai instantly, because it is so functional to real combat. The conditioning was challenging and the power that was involved blew my mind. That is where my Journey started and I have trained, competed, and am now instructing Muay Thai since 1999.
    There is a ranking system offered at Jaguar Muay Thai, which allows every student to progress at a comfortable pace. I also have been a Personal Trainer since 1999 and have used that knowledge to develop a program that will not only cover the technical aspect of the training, but also cover a wider range of goals such as weight loss, overall conditioning, and adaptation to previous injuries.
